Plug IV
batterie füllungs systeme gmbh has developed a new filling plug for the battery industry.
The new plug IV was designed to complete the range of the extremely successful plug III.
The topping-up with water is even faster and just as accurate due to the newly developed
internal water conductive system. (patent pending)

The new bayonet version is:
20% faster in filling
33% smaller in height
100% bfs quality, as is expected and appreciated by our clients for over 30 years.

Plug IV is produced and offered in the following versions:
Bayonet plug, part no. B4N100
CLIP-in plug (suitable for bayonet)) part no. I4N100
CLIP-in plug with float housing part nos. I4N260 / I4N330 / I4N420

Plug IV triple unit
A further new bfs product is a compact filling unit based on plug IV to be used with
block batteries with cell openings of 19mm/0.75". This compact unit is suitable to be
installed and utilized as an automatic filling system when limited space is available.
As is normal, the elctrolyte acid check can be done via the plug opening when the lid is open.

       
The system X4N320 was especially designed for „deep cycle“ batteries, for example:
Trojan 27 TMX or 30 XHS or similar types (19mm/0.75" cell opening, hole distance
41,25mm/1.62"). These block batteries are mostly used in road sweepers,
cleaning machines, caravans, golf cars or boats.
